Thank for the adaptation of my Linux favorite (Ubuntu) y mi laptop Favorite (eeepc 701) ..
(I donate $10 it´s not much but in my country the dollar it to high :( ).

Xenon, thanks for your interest :) we’re sending them out by mail in those envelopes for diskettes. And it Should be able to install – but as it isn’t ready, I can’t say for sure

I started out by installing ubuntu to a Sandisk extreme III 4GB card, and results weren’t the best of all.

since the computer heats a lot, my card starts having I/O errors. If i use a usb card reader, everything works. If i put it in the eeepc slot and leave it there for more than one hour and start upgrading with synaptics… is starts failing

Hey Jon, I run that site (4zale). I was curious what that page that you are linking to has to do with the Ubuntu EEE project or your sd cards?
