Sorry about the late answer
@Carlos The idea is that ubuntu-eee.com is a clean "Get Ubuntu Eee" page, the wiki is for documentation and I write some community updates here. With Twitter I'm able to give the specially interested updates in between the bigger blog posts
@me Thanks for the link!
@tdej I'm sorry, but that isn't possible. I know it sucks.. We're fixing it with our next release
@Rasmus Pinnerup January 1th :)

Hi,

I'm writing here because I'm a new EEE-PC user and recently gived a try @ ubuntu-eee - problem is, webcam and sound doesn't work "out of the box" when installing ubuntu-eee on my 701SD, and after couple of days trying to figure how to make it work I finally quit and reverted back to xandros... this situation kinda sucks. So I decided to write a comment here, hopefully this issue would be solved within the upcoming 8.10-eee release... Please dev team, hear my call, there' still 701 users who would like their hardware supported.

Thanks for your time reading. I hope I'll be able to finally use ubuntu on my eee real soon! :)

Any idea when we might see an Ubuntu EEE version of Ibex? I understand that you can't give an exact date, but will it be a matter of days, weeks or even months?

Great work, btw!

Hey there,
I love Ubuntu Eee but i have a problem that I cant solve, I spent like 9 hours today trying to figure out what to do, but the Grub thing is confusing me.
So I installed ubuntu on hd1(16gb). hd0 (4gb) is Windows XP. It works fine, even the Dual-Boot Screen, but after I used Windows XP again for the first time after installing ubuntu it won't work after the next restart. The Asus Bios Screen comes up, then a black scree, followed by the Asus Bio Screen again, black screen, asus screen, period. I dont know what else to do. Nobody replies to my posts in different forums, maybe its just a really dumb mistake and people think that I could figure it out by myself, but I cant.

Thank You

Respectfully, with 1.293 fans already in Facebook group, and with www.ubuntu-eee.com not as updated as we'd like it to be,
why another site, why twitter?

It seems that the right management on your twitter site is not okay, I am able to delete entries from the poll and change existing ones. Only you (Jon) should be able to do it.
